Women’s Cat Costumes – Slinky and Seductive
Meow! Is there anything sexier than walking around feeling and looking like a cat? For many women, recreating the look of the cat is as simple as slipping into the slinky one piece suit and adding a tail and ears and they have the right look. If you want to wear a cat costume but are afraid that you can’t quite pull the look off right, there are some touches that you will want to keep in mind.
The Right Fit
Nothing is worse than an overly tight or drooping cat suit. If you are worried about figure issues of any kind, there are variations to consider, however if you want to wear the traditional suit, make sure that you are choosing the right size. Once you get the suit on, smooth down any wrinkles and unless you have the sleek physique of an actual cat or Halle Berry, you might consider adding a strong foundation garment to your look to be safe.
The Right Material
Polyester clings, maybe a little too much and leather is very expensive and will get hot very quickly. A better option is a blended material that not only will stay snug where you need it but will be comfortable and allow for easy moving. The material should move with you instead of gapping or sagging as the night wears on. Some materials will pill, snag or tear very easily so always check your cat costume’s material carefully.
The Right Accessories
In addition to the right cat costume, you need to find the right tail and ears to fit your look. If you are a serious and sleek cat, make sure that you have a slender, serious looking tail. On the other hand, if you are a little more playful, your tail can be a little thicker and should swish from side to side.
The Right Alternatives
For those who would rather skip the traditional catsuit, the option exists to wear leggings and a flouncy skirt instead. However, make sure that you stick to all black when you do so or you will lose the cat affect. Your top should still be form fitting, perhaps with a cut out to show off just a peep of cleavage as well.
